Mark Baranski left a message on October 28, 2019:
A special lady. Aunt Ronnie always greeted you with the warmest smile and that cheerful lilting voice of hers. I recall a dinner our two families had together back in the sixties, when us kids were all grade school age, and Aunt Ronnie was trying to explain to my parents that she and Uncle Cass had out of curiosity visited one of Detroit’s original go-go clubs. Trying her best to be discreet as the six curious kids at the table were all ears, she used the old trick of speaking in Polish - the adult’s secret language. My folks weren’t quite as hip, so as my mother questioned out loud what did she mean by “‘go-go” all the kids lit up and instantly blurted out with glee “you went to a go-go club?” followed by a million other questions, which made Aunt Ronnie the coolest Mom and Aunt in the world. God bless her.
