Mr. Ball was instrumental in my son earning his rank of Eagle Scout. Mr. Ball kept his appointments despite his physical ailment. Once, he met my son at Panera and indicated he was recently released from the hospital. I’m certain most of us would have rather been at home resting, but not him! He was engaging and conversational. He built my scouts confidence in recognizing that crossing the finish line was attainable, as long as he followed the plan. My deepest condolences Mrs. Ball and family. May you find peace with the physical loss & comfort knowing he influenced many in a way that they will carry with them throughout their entire lives.

May I offer my sincere condolences. May your hearts find comfort in God's Word where it states: "He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord will wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) May your loved one awaken to a world where there will be peace, no sickness (Isaiah 33:24), and no more troubles (Revelation 21:4) throughout eternity (Psalm 37:29). May your hearts find comfort and hope in God’s Word, family, friends and good memories at this time. My deepest sympathy to you.

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Richard. It was always a pleasure seeing him in the office. I will miss seeing him and watching him dig through the candy bowl for all the tootsie rolls! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Richard was one of the nicest people one could ever meet. I looked forward to his visits where we would talk politics, have a laugh and solve the world's problems in the process. He will be sorely missed.
