I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Butz. My name is Chriselda Flores Hernandez and as a small child my family used to live at 725 W Broadway in the mid 1960’s. Mrs Butz used to take care of my brother John and I after school when our mother was sick in the hospital. I always admired your mom’s artistic talents. I still have a drawing she did of me and have told my children & granddaughter about her. Mrs. Butz was a kind lady with a beautiful soul. I met her as a 5 year old child and have never forgotten her, she inspired so many. My prayers are with her and your family. May God bless you and keep her close to His heart.
