I am sitting here crushed and saddened beyond belief that you are gone, Pat. It was less than a week ago we were exchanging funny memes and talking about a possible business venture. You were terribly missed up North, when you moved to Florida and we all looked forward to the times when you would come "home". We always knew that your visits meant a trip (or 2, or 3) to Loma Linda's, good times I will remember forever. I'll also cherish the last time we had together at Put-In-Bay for a boys weekend. We had not seen you in awhile but it was as if you never left. I remember sitting in the hotel room when one of your daughters called to let you know how her day went and you lit up like a Christmas tree, the second she called. I will also remember the last "boys week" that I was able to make down in Tampa last year. It was very clear to me that Florida was where you belonged. It was also really cool to see you and Dixon become closer over the past couple of years. Incredible how our core group of friends have stayed so close throughout the years. Pat, I'll miss you forever and I look forward to the day we meet again to watch some football and have a couple drinks. Until then, rest in peace my brother... Ronniec
