Growing up, I remember "Esther's Dad" as a sweet, sweet man with such a soft, kind presence. He never cared if Esther would bring all of her friends to their house to crash during a Sunday family dinner (oooh, those pop overs), blared our boombox as loud as we could in the basement, or borrowed one of his cars to adventure around town. He and his amazing wife ("Esther's Mom") just made you feel at home and part of their family. I have some amazing memories from my teenage years of being at their house and feeling the love. Thinking of you all with lots of hugs!!
