Carl and me were very close because he was my grandpa. We shared so many memories such as talking about sports, and tech. I really miss you and I will never forget that you were my grandpa. Sincerely, ?Carter?

We are very grateful for Carl's service in the U.S. Navy, having defended the freedoms that we enjoy today. Now and in the days ahead of this Christmas season and upcoming new year, may Jesus our God of comfort & peace hold you all in the palm of His hand as you remember and celebrate his life legacy. jwfacts.org has been a valuable resource and we thoughtfully share.

Carl. As you know, over the last few years, you and I have become very very close. We had many things of common interests with varying degrees in our lives, from medical issues, military background, our beloved Ohio State Buckeyes, US postal service careers, Detroit Tiger fans (frustrations galore) to heading our now defunct Toledo Employees Postal Credit Union. As I told you when we last spoke, I prayed for you daily and as I was on my knees this morning, I did not know that I would find out today that you are now with the maker whom I was asking to take care of you. Now he has you close by and we know you are now in the best of care. I will truly miss our talks and our sharing. Love you my friend. Leonard Stovall

I am so sad to hear of Carl's passing. It was only a few months ago that we had lunch together, and just weeks since we spoke. Carl was a great friend, and over the years that we worked together he mentored me, and showed me how to be a better person. he will be missed by all who's lives he touched. Our prayers go out to Judy and all of Carl's family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
