Zelma A. Betts

Zelma Andrea Betts Pepper age 76 of Napoleon, Ohio passed away on September 8, 2018 at St. Lukes Hospital, Maumee. She was born in Toledo, OH on May 9, 1942 to Andrew and Mildred (Dulgar) Spalding. Pepper attended Maumee High School and was employed as a Deli Manager at Kroger for 31 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends; attending her grandchildrens sporting events; holidays and baking. Surviving is her husband, Stephen L. Betts of Toledo; children, Kimberly Betts of Holgate, OH; Stephen Leroy (Sharon) Betts of Bloomdale, OH; Doreen (Rick) Cole of Waterville, OH and Daniel Betts of Napoleon, OH; grandchildren, Nikki, William (Katie), Chase (Ellen), Douglas, Sara (Dustin), Alex, Mathew, Todd T.J. and Jeffrey. Also surviving are 6 great-grandchildren and a brother, Robert Mitchell of Holland, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Alan and a sister, Doris Snyder. Family and Friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee, OH on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 12 Noon until the time of services at 1:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
