Yolanda M. Repka, 51, of Perrysburg, died surrounded by her family in Genoa, Thursday, March 25, 2010. She was born November 29, 1958, in Oregon, Ohio, to Martin C. and Lillian M. Matyas Repka. Yolanda was a 1976 graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School and received her bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University. For twenty-two years she worked as a credit manager at Commerce Paper Co. in Toledo. She attended All Saints Catholic Church in Rossford. Although she didnt have children of her own, Yolanda considered her nieces and nephews her kids and they will dearly miss Auntie Yo. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, quick wit, and independence, evident to her final days. Yolanda possessed an approachable and caring nature and was sensible in her advice. Dedicated to her job, Yolanda thought of Commerce Paper Co. as her second family, and was referred to by fellow employees as the heartbeat of the company. Yo enjoyed the simple pleasures in life: a good book, great movie, a warm spring day, and time spent with family and friends. Yolanda is survived by her mother, Lillian, of Genoa, siblings, Tony Marcela Repka of Elmore, Mary Ann Joe Burdge of Genoa, and Martha Stanley J. Sattler of Perrysburg; nieces and nephews, Angie and Mike Burdge, Abbey and Rachael Sattler, and Maddie, Marty, and Sophie Repka.
