Yolanda Marie Arkilander

Yolanda Marie Arkilander, age 45, passed away on April 8, 2011 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg after battling cancer for the past year and a half. She was born January 12, 1966 in Halifax, Nova Scotia and adopted by Carmine and Anna Sirianni of Blue Point, NY. She was currently employed at Concordia University after a longtime position as a computer technician at Louisiana Pacific. Yolanda loved sailing, cooking, hiking, and skiing. She also enjoyed photography and spending time in the mountains. Yolanda is survived by her husband, Tim; brother, Carmine Sirianni; nephew, Robert; and nieces, Melinda and Cassandra; She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. on Sunday from 2-4:00pm and 6-8:00pm and also on Monday from 11:00am until the time of service at 12:00pm.
