Wilma M. Taylor passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021, at Lakes of Monclova in Maumee, Ohio. She was born April 7, 1925, in Mt. Carmel, IL. to Ben S. and Edna (Peter) Trapp. Wilma was a homemaker who loved to sew, cook, and bake. She was an excellent pie baker. Wilma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a faithful member of St. Rose Catholic Church. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John E. Taylor; siblings, Mildred, Freida, Clara, and twin brother, William. She is survived by her children, Kathy Taylor, John W. Taylor (Genelle), and Barbara Santa Cruz (Pablo); grandchildren, Ben Taylor (Patti), Megan Brickner (Russell), Brittany Brown (Tyler), Justin Santa Cruz (Stephanie), April Piplica (A J); and great grandchildren, Carson Brickner, Gillian Taylor, Will Taylor, Amelia Brown, Ava Brown, Addalyn Brickner, Mackenzie Brickner, Jackson Brown, Jack Piplica. Friends will be received at Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd, Rossford, Ohio 43460 (419-666-1566) on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. Funeral mass will be held at St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 Front St, Perrysburg on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. A special thank you to the staffs of The Lakes of Monclova and Hospice of NW Ohio for their care, kindness and compassion for Wilma.
