Alliman Willis Chuck Charles Willis Chuck Alliman, age 84, died Friday, March 5, 2010 at Fountain Park Nursing Home in Bryan, OH. Chuck was born June 17, 1925 to John and Verna Alliman in Toledo, OH. He was a graduate of DeVilbiss High School and served in the US Navy during WWII. Chuck worked for Ohio Bell as a telephone installer until retiring in 1975. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending the winter months in Florida. Chuck was a longtime member of the Swanton American Legion and also of Paragon Masonic Lodge. Chuck was preceded in death by his wife, Reathel; and sisters, Lauretta, Ruth, and Grayce. He is survived by his daughter, Jackie John Corman; grandchildren, Amy Bob Beck, Andy Teresa Stickney, Jenni Erin Koch, and Jeanette Brett Brewer; great-grandchildren, Remington, Rea, Tanner, Samantha, Damion, Cody, and Zoe ; and brother-in-law, LeRoy Herdman. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-8:00pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. where funeral services at will be on Monday at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association NW Chapter, 2500 N. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43615.
