William E. Scaggs

William E. Scaggs, 58, of Millbury, died in his home early Wednesday morning, October 6, 2010. Bil was born June 23, 1952, in Vanceburg, Kentucky, to David A. and Marcella L. Zunk Scaggs. On June 26, 1999, in Genoa, Ohio, he married Kimberley Diebert and she survives. For the last 40 years Bil worked as a heavy equipment operator at Graymont in Genoa. He bowled in Clay Center for several years. His many other hobbies included camping, fishing, golfing and working with his flowers.
