William K Bottorff

William Kenneth Bottorff died on Oct. 15, 2007 at the age of 76. He had retired in 1992 after 33 years of college teaching, 25 years of which were spent at the University of Toledo. After four major emergency surgeries and prolonged radiation and chemotherapy, he succumbed to prostate cancer. Bill was born in Toledo on July 28, 1931. His parents were Florence Anna Gregory Bottorff and Harry Calvin Bottorff. He got a first-rate early education in the Toledo Public Schools, and in Perrysburg.
