Willard Eversole

Willard Eversole, 83, of Perrysburg and formerly of Lindsey, OH Las Vegas, NV passed away Sunday morning, November 30, 2014. Willard was born June 6, 1931 in Lindsey, OH the son of Mary (Reed) and Walter Eversole. On January 24, 1953 in North Baltimore, OH he married Rose Mary Ling and she survives. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Willard was a farmer and had worked at Brush Wellman for 38 years, retiring in 1994. Following his retirement, Willard and Rose Mary moved to Las Vegas to enjoy a retirement filled with sun and golf. They recently moved back to Ohio. He was a former member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Elmore and 1st Presbyterian Church, Las Vegas. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Rose Mary; son, Gary (Gayle) Eversole of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; daughter, Debra (Nick) LaTerza of Calabasas, CA; grandchildren: Mathew, Nicole sister, Ruth Ann (Jack) Steinle of Fremont, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jeanette Bloom. Memorial Services will be conducted 11am, Thursday, December 4, 2014 at St Paul Trinity United Methodist Church, 340 Toledo St, Elmore, OH 43416. Burial will be in Harris-Elmore Union Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Willard should be given to St. Paul United Methodist Church, Elmore. Arrangements entrusted to Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home, Port Clinton.
