Wesley Westervelt

WESLEY B. WESTERVELT Wesley B. Westervelt, 82, of Perrysburg, went to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ Saturday, January 19, 2019 surrounded by his loving wife Jeanne. Wesley was born January 2, 1937 in Toledo, Ohio to Howard W. and Helen A. (Bradley) Westervelt. He married Jeanne G. Goslee on April 12, 1980 in Toledo, Ohio. Wesley was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a machinist for Modine Industries in Pemberville, Ohio for 23 years, retiring in 2000. He was a longtime member of Perrysburg Alliance Church. Wesley is survived by his loving wife, Jeanne; brothers-in-law, George Hipp and David Deaton and many nieces, nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Helen Westervelt; sisters, Barbara Miller and Nancy Adams and sisters-in law, Joanne Hipp and Carol Ann Deaton. Friends will be received Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 10-11 AM at Perrysburg Alliance Church, 10401 Avenue Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 with funeral services beginning at 11 AM., with Pastor Brian Elmer, officiating. Burial will be private at Highland Memory Gardens. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg (419-874-3133). Memorial contributions may be made in Wesley’s name to Perrysburg Alliance Church, Hospice of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor’s choice.
