Wesley R Brister

Wesley R. Brister, age 23, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016. Wesley was born on July 28, 1993 to Anthony R. and June M. (Gonyer) Brister in Bowling Green, Ohio. Wesley graduated from the Toledo School of the Arts in 2011. He was a mechanic at Earl Brothers in Toledo and also worked for AAA. He was a member of East Toledo Baptist Church. Wesley was preceded in death by his grandmother, Bonnie Brister. Left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Anthony and June; brother, Michael (Jamie) Brister; sister, Kary Brister; grandparents, Ray and Carol Brister and Carol Gonyer. Friends will be received at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121) on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 2:00-8:00 pm. Funeral services will take place in the funeral home on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM. with Pastor Dan Stevenson, officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Township Cemetery, Millbury, Ohio.
