Wayne Ash

Wayne J. Ash, age 84, of Maumee, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 2, 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. He was born on May 23, 1937, to Louis and Jane (Mitchell) Ash in Fremont, OH who proceeded him in death Wayne was an Industrial Arts teacher at Rogers High School in Toledo. He was a charter member of Perrysburg Alliance Church, serving as Elder and many other positions in the church. His hobbies were stained glass and wood working. Wayne is survived by his wife, Sandra; daughters, Lisa (Ted) Mount, Amy (Paul) Kocsis, grandchildren, Jason Mount, Ashley (Travis) Case, Erin (Ryan) Dunlap, Zachary (Lauren) Kocsis, Joshua Mount, 3 great-grandchildren, brother Gerald (Jean) Ash. Family and friends will be received on Monday, August 9, 2021, from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. then also 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee. Services will be on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at Perrysburg Alliance Church, 10401 Avenue Rd., Perrysburg. Graveside Services will be private.
