Warren L. Gould

Warren L. Gould age 68, of Holland died Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at his home. He was born in Toledo on April 20, 1950 to Walter L. Jr. and Doris (Draeger) Gould. Warren graduated from Penta Career Center and attended Owens Community College. He married Judi Fitch in Toledo on May 7, 1976 and together they shared 40 wonderful years until her death in 2016. He was employed by Champion Spark Plug as a Design Engineer for 32 years before retiring in 1998. He graciously served on the Board of Champion Credit Union and was Treasurer for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Warren was a member of Adams Conservation Club, Yearlings 4-H Saddle Club, and First Alliance Church. Most importantly, Warren enjoyed the time he spent with his family and friends. He treasured his walks down to see the trains with his only grandson Connor and his dog Larry. He is survived by his loving daughter, Sarah; grandson, Connor; sister, Darlene (Terry) Thorne; sister-in-law, Vicki (Hanson) Holmes; niece, Stephanie Spafford as well as his nephews, Jacob Spafford and Michael McCloskey. Warren was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judi and his parents, Walter Jr. and Doris Gould. Friends will be received on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 2-8 PM at Neville-Shank Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, OH 43528 (419-865-8879) where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Springfield Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Warren’s memory to his grandson Connor toward his college education.
