Walter Lee Loe

Walter Lee Loe, 67, of Toledo, died October 14, 2017 at his home following a brief and courageous battle with ALS. He was born September 6, 1950 in Toledo to the late Cecil and Myrtle (Jacobs) Loe. Walt was an assembly worker and self taught auto mechanic. In his free time, he enjoyed restoring cars, painting yard ornaments, decorating for the holidays, especially Halloween, and spending time with his family. Walt will be lovingly remembered as a quiet, kind and gentle man. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Tiny (Delffs) Loe; sons, Walter Jr. and Frank Loe; brother, Cecil; sister, Joanne; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by siblings, Mary Grace, Shirley, Margie, W.F. and Pete. Visitation will be held on Monday from 3-7 p.m. in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave., Toledo.
