Vivian E. Karstetter

Vivian E. Karstetter, 88, of Walbridge, Ohio, died Thursday, July 15, 2010 in the Orchard Villa Nursing Home, Oregon, Ohio. Vivian was born on October 27, 1921 in Altoona, PA to Howard and Olive Etter Bussard. She married Robert M. Karstetter in Hagerstown, MD, on August 16, 1941 and he preceded her in death in 2002. Survivors of Vivian include her sons, Steve Jean Karstetter and Richard Karstetter, sisters, Kate Bernhoff and Shirley Miller along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Connie Edwards, brothers, Howard & Paul, and sisters, Jane & Ruth. There will be a private memorial service for Vivian at a later date in Pennsylvania. The family suggests that memorials in Vivians name be directed to the Arthritis Foundation, Northwest Ohio Chapter, 309 N. Reynolds Rd. Suite F, Toledo, OH 43615.
