Virginia Anne Stuber passed from this life to the next on June 26, 2010 at the age of 80 after a brief stay at Ebeid Hospice Residence. Anne was born on November 16, 1929 to Charles and Edna Martin. She grew up in Toledo along with her older brother, Jim. She graduated from Woodward High School. In 1952, Anne married Frank Stuber and they had two boys, Tom and John. Anne had a quick wit, which at times could be sharp. She had the gift of gab and could start a conversation with anyone anywhere. She loved her house which she remained in for over 40 years and cultivated one of the most beautiful gardens in the neighborhood. Anne was an avid reader and usually had one or more books going from the library at any given time. As a young woman Anne worked as a Dental Assistant. Later she worked for Canteen Vending, retiring in 1990. One of Annes greatest gifts was her willingness to quietly and consistently help others in need. Over the years she went to great lengths to help several neighbors as well as her own step-father toward the end of their lives. Anne was proceeded in death by her husband, Frank, as well her grand-daughter, Elizabeth. She is survived by her sons, John married to Michelle and Tom married to Jan; her two grandsons, Daniel and Paul; her brother, Jim Martin and his wife, Dorothy; as well as her many nieces and nephews.
