Virginia Ruth Snyder

Heaven gained our lovely, Virginia Ruth Snyder, on Sunday morning. At the age of 97, she passed at the Swanton Healthcare and Retirement Center in Swanton, Ohio on February 24, 2019. Virginia was born on December 13, 1921 in Toledo to Carl and Violet (Fleming) Burgin. She was a wife, a mom, a grandma, a great-grandma, a friend, and a God-loving woman. Virginia enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, camping, and visiting with family and friends. Her favorite beverage was a margarita and her favorite place to indulge was Loma Lindas. She also enjoyed being as ornery and as mischievous as possible! Virginia is survived by her son, Roger; grandchildren, Jennifer (James) Morris, Amanda (Andy) Norman, Matthew (Phi) Snyder, Eric (Gloria) Snyder; great-grandchildren, Jonah Lichtcsien, Dylan Lichtcsien, Grace Norman, Scarlett Snyder; sister, Betty Snyder. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ralph, and sister, LaDonna Saam. Services will be private.
