Virginia Siravo, age 98, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. She was born on February 22, 1922 to Alexander and Josephine Meisner and was 10 of 11 siblings. Virginia held many jobs throughout her life but none as important as wife and mother. She will be remembered by her loved ones for her wonderful cooking and baking abilities. She attended St. Joseph Church and was a part of the Rosery Alter Society. Virginia enjoyed reading romance novels and sewing. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary as well as Careguard 65. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Anita M. Zilba and Greg Siravo; daughter-in-law, Karen Siravo; grandchildren, Brian (Patrice) Siravo, Melissa (Evan) Van Horn, Amy (Eric) Carroll, Michelle (Christopher) Castellucio, Alexandra (Tim) Smith, Erin (Scott) Bailey, Jennifer Zilba and Kasandra (Raol) Luna and 20 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard Siravo; son, Allan L. Siravo; son-in-law, David Zilba; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Siravo; 10 siblings and several in-laws. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Monday, January 18, 2021 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with a rosary service at 6:30 P.M. Morning prayer service in the funeral home will began at 9:30 A.M on January 19, 2021 with a mass to follow at 10 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 104 E Broadway St, Maumee, OH 43537.
