Virginia V. Bullock

Virginia V. Bullock age 84, of Toledo, OH formerly of Grand Rapids, MI, passed away on Tuesday March 16, 2010 at Swan Pointe Care Center, Maumee, OH. Virginia was born in Grand Rapids, MI on June 25, 1925 to Frederick W. and Phoebe B. Conley Haskin. She was employed as a teachers aide at Fairfield Elementary School in Maumee. Virginia graduated from Central High School in Grand Rapids, MI. Her memberships included St. Andrew United Methodist Church, Toledo; former member of First United Methodist Church, Grand Rapids, MI; active member of the Maumee Senior Center where she sang with the choir. Virginia was an avid reader and loved music and decorating her home. She is survived by her loving husband, K.G. Bullock; daughter, Glenda Bullock; son, Geoffrey Bullock and brother, Dale Jacqueline Haskin. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karol Sheehan; brother, Versal Haskin and her parents. Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St. Maumee on Friday March 19, 2010 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am.
