Virginia F. Anderson

Virginia F. Anderson, 76, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away Saturday, June 09, 2012 at her residence. She was born on April 19, 1936 in Lucasville, OH, the daughter of Frank E. and Selma B. Adkins Walters. On March 26, 1955 in McKee, KY, she married Harold Duane Anderson and he preceded her in 1989. Virginia worked as a supervisor for Standard Products for 20 years, retiring in 1993. She was a member of the following auxiliaries, V.F.W. Homer D. Gardner Post #2480 Military Order of the Cooties, Moose Lodge #1610 and David W. Leonard Aerie #2295. Virginia will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include: Sons: Harold W. Michelle Anderson of Phoenix, AZ, Bryan K. Anderson, Mark A. Anderson, Monty K. Sandra Anderson and Theron D. Roxann Anderson, all of Port Clinton, OH; 6 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren; Brother: Larry W. Donna Walters of TN; Sister: Patricia Runyon of Port Clinton, OH. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Visitation will be 1-3PM, Wednesday, June 13, 2012 in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Earl Taylor at 3:00PM, following visitation. A Graveside service will be held in Riverview Cemetery at 2:00PM, Thursday, June 14, 2012.
