Violet A. Weigel

Violet A. Weigel, 91, of Toledo passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born February 15, 1918 in Wauseon, OH to John and Bertha Marie Meyer Goldsmith. Violet loved to spend time with her family and also enjoyed interior decorating. The widow of Clarence Weigel, Violet is survived by her grandson, Deni Dennis; granddaughters, Dawn Craig Campbell and Laura Jeff Goatley; son-in-law, Richard Ahrendt, Sr. and many great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Violet was preceded in death by her daughter, Joan Ahrendt; grandson, Richard Ahrendt, Jr. and one sister and two brothers. A graveside service will be held Monday August 31, 2009 at 11:00 am at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
