Victor Parra, Sr.

On the morning of May 4, 2024, Victor Parra of Toledo Ohio, beloved husband of Christine passed away with his loving wife at his side. Victor was 67 years old. Preceded in death are Victor's parents Michael and Nancy Parra; brothers, Robert, Mark and Eugene. Left to celebrate his life are brother, Steve; and sisters Cindy Parra Vargas and Kim Parra; his sons Jason Parra, Victor Parra, Jr.; stepchildren, Fred Charter and Bre Anna Charter, Jacob Almanza and Daniel Almanza; and Goddaughter Priscilla Luna; along with many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other very special friends.

Victor loved to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers play football, having cookouts, spending time with his loved ones and the holidays especially Christmas. Victor was a tanker driver for many years. He worked hard for his family and took pride in his ability to provide for them. Victor was a strong-willed, no-nonsense kind of man yet kind and loyal, gentle, and loving. Victor will be dearly missed by all who knew him and shared a laugh with him. We will carry his memory in our hearts forever.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 from 3:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 pm in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (https://t2t.org/)
