Vanda Lou Tong

Vanda Lou Tong, 86, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Monday, May 27, 2013 at her residence. Vanda was born May 10, 1927 in Fostoria, OH, the daughter of Clarence J. and Lou Browna Reeder Fox. On June16, 1961 in Fostoria, OH, she married David R. Tong and he survives. Vanda worked in food service for the Fostoria City Schools for 10 years, retiring in 1984. She was a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Moose Lodge #1610. Vanda will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include: Loving Husband of 51 years: David R. Tong of Port Clinton, OH; Son: Terry Tong of Port Clinton, OH; Daughter: Linda Bradley of Las Vegas, NV and Grandson: Michael R. Tong. Vanda was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Maynard Fox and Bernard Fox. Memorial contributions in memory of Vanda may be made to the American Heart Association or Stein Hospice. Cremation has taken place under the direct care of Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH.
