Tyrone "Ty" Daniels

Tyrone “Ty” Daniels, 55, passed away unexpectedly on October 18, 2021, He was born on August 2, 1966, in Toledo. Ty lived a happy country life in Pemberville, Ohio and passed on before his time. He graduated from Eastwood High School and Bowling Green State University. Ty had a long career in sales before becoming self-employed with Manhattan’s Catering. He cared deeply for his employees and came home eager to talk about his day every day. One of Ty’s favorite things to do was to be continually whooped by his wife at Jeopardy every night at 7:30. Even more than that he loved spending Saturdays sugaring up the kids while Mom was out having a personal day. He was an avid Ohio State fan and had to watch the game alone because of how riled up he’d get; the poor TV received much shouting. Ty was always the first to quip hilarious antics to almost anything anyone said, which went hand-in-hand with his young heart. He enjoyed sharing wine and laughter sitting around his famous gigantic bonfires with family and friends. He was a pet-lover and just as guilty as his wife for bringing in strays. He was so appreciated by his family for always putting them first, and they knew there was nowhere else he’d rather be than with them. Ty will be missed by his wife of 18 years, Chelsea; daughters Cosette (13) and Dagny (10); son Dash (7); mother Mary (Lonnie) Gambill; father Larry (Lee Kurtz) Daniels; brother Darin (Janet) Daniels, grandmother, Patricia Daniels and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was met in Heaven by infant son Wiley; step-dad Thomas Gorsuch Sr.; grandparents Melvin and Alice Bridge; uncles Paul Daniels, David Daniels, Mike Maddox, Mark Maddox, and grandfather Carl Daniels. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Friday, October 22, 2021, from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 12 Noon.
