Twila Grandma, Aunt Zimmerman, 69, of Graytown, OH passed away Friday, July 17, 2009 at her residence. She was born on January 20, 1940 in Graytown, OH to Lawrence Murph and Wilma Myerholtz Harder. On April 23, 1960 in St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oak Harbor she married Dave Zimmerman, and he survives. Twila previously worked at Blair Realty and St. Charles Hospital patient accounts, and most recently as the caretaker for the Harder Shelter House at Graytown Park. She was a member of St. Marks Lutheran Church, Graytown where she was an organist and choir director, she belonged to the same Bunco Club for 50 years, enjoyed creating floats for the Oak Harbor Apple Festival Parades, swimming in Clint & Joannes pool, shopping at Kohls and flea markets in Ft. Myers Beach, FL and taking family vacations there as well. She liked to ride her bike and golf cart along with Pudge. She was always caring for others and was Grandma Twila or Aunt Twila to everyone. In addition to her loving husband of 49 years, Dave, she is survived by: daughters: Carrie Brad Reif and LouAnn Chuck DeRan both of Graytown; grandchildren: Libby Jamie Arthur of Graytown, Justin Alisha Reif of Fayetteville, NC, and Brandon Reif and Brett Zimmerman both of Graytown; brothers: Merle Harder of Elmore and Clint Joanne Price Harder of Graytown; mother-in-law: Valena Zimmerman of Genoa; Goddaughters: Kim and Gayle; special nieces: Jacki, Robin, and Jennifer; nephews: Steve, Todd, Mike, and Jay; her pool buddies, and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Dennis and Gerald Harder, 1 grandchild, and 1 great grandchild. Visitation will be 6-8PM, Sunday evening, July 19, 2009 and 2-8PM, Monday, July 20, 2009 in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor, OH. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00AM, Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at the Harder Shelter House at Graytown Park, Graytown, OH. Interment will be in Limestone Cemetery, Graytown.
