Anthony “Tony” Kinn Bigaila, 71, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 7, 2021 at his home. He was born on March 31, 1950 in Fremont, Ohio to Joseph V. and Marjorie G. (Kinn) Bigaila. Tony attended Saint Joe in Fremont, Ohio. He continued his education at Dana College, Nebraska, where he played football and baseball. Tony graduated from University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Tony married the love of his life, Susan M. Marquette. They cherished 37 years together and he adored her in every possible way. Together they enjoyed bike riding, sugary-sand beach vacations and spending time with their family. Tony’s life motto was God and family, he valued his relationships and enjoyed deep conversations with his loved ones and anyone that crossed his path. He always had a way of making people feel special and valued. Tony had a strong faith in Jesus Christ that led him through life. His faith was truly tested and never waivered while he waited for a heart transplant at the Cleveland Clinic which gave him three additional years of living life. After he retired from R.H. Sheppard in Sales, he volunteered his time through Saint Rose Catholic Church at Waterford as a Eucharistic Minister and enjoyed his one on one time with his youngest daughter. Tony was a humble man with a kind spirit and a great sense of humor. He enjoyed the simple things in life which were his home, cutting the grass, and grilling out on the patio with good family conversations. Tony enjoyed sports, especially the Cleveland Indians and Browns. He was a loyal and animated Indians’ fan his whole life and cherished watching the games together with his son. He had wisdom and knowledge beyond measure and took great interest in his daily readings which he loved sharing with his oldest daughter. He felt extremely blessed with the additions of his son and daughter-in-law and enjoyed conversing and joking around. Some of his fond memories with his grandchildren were attending their sport activities and being able to witness them receive the sacraments of his faith. Tony leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Susan Bigaila; children, Katie (Steve) Raszka, Joe (Cody) Bigaila and Mary Beth Bigaila; grandchildren, Charlie, Ava and Anthony “Tony”; sisters, Cindy (Ken) Haslinger and Leslie Beckley; mother-in-law, Marian Marquette; sister-in-law, Terri (Jim) Reichert; brothers-in-law, Greg (Jackie) and Jim (Shannon) Marquette; many loving nieces and nephews.
