Timothy S. Wiseman

October 11, 1964 — May 31, 2024

Timothy Stewart Wiseman died on May 31, 2024, at ProMedica Flower Hospital, after a short battle with cancer. He was 59 years young. He was born in Monroe, Michigan, on October 11, 1964, and after graduating from Monroe High School, he enlisted in the United States Navy. He received his degree in Mechanical Engineering while serving our country.

The last 37 years he spent happily married to Glenda, they kept a strong marriage by following the “Happy wife happy life” motto. They faced life together no matter what life brought. Tim was a very hands-on man and worked in several fields throughout the years but spent the last 27 years working as a carman welder for the railroad.

A quiet, observant man, Tim enjoyed being in the comfort of his home. He had a heart of gold, but only his tight circle of trusted family truly knew that he was a survivor. He was not afraid to tell you his opinion, but you had to be able to handle the truth because he was going to share it!

He could make cookies to die for! A lot of love and detail went into Tim’s baking. He also made his secret rib recipe with homemade sauce, among other tasty foods.

He is gone way too soon and will be forever remembered by his wife, Glenda Wiseman; daughter, Crystal (Howard) Farmer; grandson, Skyler; and his favorite dogs, JR and Charlie. He will be missed by several extended family members, railroad co-workers and friends.

He was preceded by his favorite fur babies, Bear (the favorite), Rocky (the one who just showed up), Lilly (the perfect feline) and several other strays that he picked up in the early stages of their marriage.

At Tim’s request, there are to be no donations and no flowers. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
