Timothy Jay Kwiatkowski, age 50 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, July 13, 2023. He was born September 8, 1972 to Donald and Patricia (Hipp) Kwiatkowski in Toledo, Ohio. Tim’s most cherished memories were teaching Autumn and Calli how to fish, hunt, raise chickens and grow vegetables in their own backyard.
Tim is survived by his daughters Autumn and Calli; siblings D. Scott (Monique) Kwiatkowski, Gregory M. Kwiatkowski, and Deanna (Matt) Olsen; his nephews Jack, Gunner, Zachary, Ethan and nieces; Grace, Brianne, Olivia “Birdie”, Lucy and Allison. He is preceded in death by his parents.
