Timothy L. Hohman, 63, of Port Clinton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Monday, July 3, 2017, at his residence following a long illness. Timothy was born on August 5, 1953, in Sandusky, Ohio, the son of August “Augie” and Beverly (Sauvage) Hohman. He retired in 2010 after working 40 years in photography, graphic design and printing. He worked for Providence Hospital, Chef’s Garden and the Sandusky Register. Timothy enjoyed reading, especially science fiction, photography, driving kids around, tinkering, and was a jack-of-all-trades. He was a volunteer for Stein Hospice. Tim will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 26 years, Julie Hohman, daughter, Allison Hohman, sons, Justin and Collin DiMario, parents, Augie and Beverly Hohman, sister, Cathy (Dale) Owens, brother, John (MaryLynn) Hohman, granddaughter, Sophia DiMario, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 10-11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 8, 2017, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 106 Scheid Rd., Sandusky, OH 44870, followed by the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be given to the family or Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870. Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory has assisted the family with arrangements.
