Timothy John Gillett

Timothy John Gillett, 58, of Oak Harbor, OH passed away early Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on February 26, 1963 in Stuttgart, Germany to Theodore and Elaine (Berry) Gillett. Tim was an avid guitar player, playing in different bands over the years and a H.A.M. Radio operator. He enjoyed gardening, especially his tomato plants, and liked to cook, which was very therapeutic to him, making everything homemade from scratch. Tim also loved his dog, Zeke. Tim is survived his loving wife and companion of 38 years, Tracy (Myers) Gillett, son, Timothy John Gillett, Jr., grandson, Bentley John Gillett, mother, Elaine Gillett, sister, Cindy (Bob) Nonamacher, brothers, Teddy Gillett, Scott Gillett, and Chris Gillett, and brother-in-law, Mark Myers. He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore Gillett and brother, Jerry Gillett. Tim will be cremated under the direct care of the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor, OH and there will be no services per his wishes. Memorial contributions in memory of Tim may be given to the National Brain Tumor Society, www.rarediseases.org.
