Thomas G. Zeller

Thomas G. Zeller age 72 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Tom was born in Toledo on February 27, 1945 to George W. and Helen (Roudebush) Zeller. He was a 1963 graduate of Macomber Vocational High School. Tom was employed at Doehler-Jarvis for 34 years as chief electrician; City of Toledo for 14 years as a master electrician and supervisor of fleet/facilities operations and owned and operated Zeller Electric. He served his country during the Vietnam War with the Navy Seabees and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maumee. Tom enjoyed traveling, road trips and spending time with his family. Surviving is his loving wife 49 years, Mary Ann; children, Jennifer (Richard) Rosenthal, Laura (Randy) Leck, Mary Beth (Dave) Moore and Michael T. Zeller; grandchildren, Megan, Angelina, Paige, Dylan, Elaina, Jacob, Jaylin, Joelle, Avery and Lucas. Also surviving are his siblings, Nancy Birr, Barbara Augustyniak and Richard (Angela) Zeller. He was preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 3-8 PM with the rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 104 E. Broadway St. Maumee, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio 30000 E.
