Thomas Walter Taube

Thomas Walter Taube, 77, of Osseo, MI passed away Friday, May 25, 2018 at home. He was born June 7, 1940 in Holland, OH to the late Walter and Rebecca (Holly) Taube. Tom married Janice Mollenkopf who preceded him in death. He subsequently married Deborah Grizzel. Tom was a graduate of Holland High School. He retired from Right Tool & Die in Toledo after 43 years of service. He enjoyed mowing, camping, traveling, and building things. Surviving are his wife, Deborah; three daughters, Dawn (Stewart) Hamilton, Tracy (Greg) Cook, and Lynn (Mark) Bly; step-children, Rebecca, Douglas (Taciana), Brian (Julie), and Amanda (David); 11 grandchildren, Matthew, Brenna, Dustin, Jacob, Jarod, Randi Lyn, Dakota Jo, Spenser, Preston, Alyssa and Owen; 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters; one brother and father-in-law, Wesley Grizzel. Visitation and service will be held Thursday, May 31, 2018 from Noon - 2:00 PM at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home in Maumee, OH. Entombment will immediately follow at Highland Memory Garden in Waterville, OH. Local arrangements were entrusted to the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home in Hillsdale. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of the donors choice.
