Thomas S. O'Leary

Thomas S. O’Leary, 39, of Sylvania, passed away in a tragic accident, May 29, 2022. Thomas was born January 10, 1983, in Toledo, Ohio to Timothy and Anne (Swarthout) O’Leary.  He is survived by his loving wife, Natalie, and their daughter, Samantha.

Thomas is also survived by his brothers, Todd (Angie) O’Leary, Andrew (Ellissa) O’Leary; in-laws, David and Linda Szych, Marlene Szych, Darren Szych (Tiffany), Nathan (Celissa) Ibarra, and Jacob (Kennedy) Ibarra; and nieces and nephews, Kylie (Cole), Ava, Violet, Bennett, Evan, Owen, Connor, Pierson, Marissa, Amyah and great-niece, Kinzley. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, aunts and uncle.

After graduating from Central Catholic High School, Thomas was employed at Johns Manville in quality control. In his free time, Thomas loved taking his five-year-old daughter, Sami, to his favorite place- The Toledo Zoo, or spoiling his two beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Abby and Kady. Thomas made fond memories over the years golfing with his father, brothers, and cousin, Chris Swartz. Thomas was a kind, loving person who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Friends and family will be received Monday, June 6, 2022 from 2-7 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43623.
