Thomas G. Finch

Thomas Gene Finch age 80, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2018 with his wife of 56 years by his side at his home in Holland, Ohio. Tom was born in Perrysburg, Ohio on December 29, 1937 to Eugene and Irene (Porter) Finch. Tom applied his passion and drive to the commercial construction industry within the region, owning and operating Skillcraft Systems of Toledo for over 32 years. Other great joys of his life included; fishing, vacationing in the Caribbean Islands, time at their winter home in Fort Myers, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Tom was also a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves. Surviving is his wife, Pat Finch; sons, Terry (Sally) and Dan Finch; grandchildren, Brandon, Jacob, Hudson, Landon and great-grandson, Gabe. Also surviving is his sister, Carol Drummond, brother, Allen (Jan) Finch and many close cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Finch and his aunt and uncle, Dolores and Jerry Finch. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St., Maumee, on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 3:00-8:00 PM. Services will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio 30000 E.
