Thomas Burnworth

Thomas (Tom) S. Burnworth, age 69, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at his home, surrounded by family. He was born January 5, 1952 in Toledo, Ohio to John and Mary (Napier) Burnworth. He married Vicki DeGood in 2005 and enjoyed 17 happy years together. Tom worked as a truck driver for Great Lakes Window for 28 years. After retirement he enjoyed working at Menards. He was a lodge member at Rossford Eagles, VFW 4906 Auxiliary, and Toledo Harbor Lighthouse Preservation Society. He found his paradise in boating, Lake Erie, and the islands. He is survived by his wife, Vicki; children, Thomas (Crystal) Burnworth of Sylvania, Ohio and Jamie (John) Ward of McCordsville, Indiana; grandchildren, Adam, Jackson, Gage, Sophia and Sadie; brother, John (Carole) Burnworth; 2 cats, Howard and Eddie. Tom was preceded in death by his parents. Friends and family will be received on Friday, August 27th from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. with a V.F.W.
