Thomas Bernard Badik, Sr.

Thomas Bernard Badik, Sr., age 85 of Rossford, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020 at his home surrounded by loving family.  He was born on July 30, 1934 to Charles and Agnes Badik and shared his birthdate with his father and sister, Helen.  Tom was a lifelong Rossford resident and a 1952 graduate of Rossford High School.  He proudly served in the United States Army from 1958-1960.  He married Alice Zuchowski in 1961 and together raised 6 children.  Tom enjoyed golfing, bowling, horseshoes, playing cards, playing softball and visiting casinos.  Tom’s greatest enjoyment was watching his children and grandchildren at their sporting events.  Tom was a loving husband, dad, grumpy grandfather and great grandfather who will be always loved and forever missed. Surviving is his loving wife of 58 years, Alice (Zuchowski) Badik; children, Tom (JoEllen), Barbara (Paul) Brinke, Patty (Paul) Roman, Margie (Ken) Hermes, Deb (Jim) Pitzen and Dot (Jim) Randolph; 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Helen Palka, Mary Protsik and Charles Badik; and his 17 year old grandson, Jason Brinke. Family and friends may visit at All Saints Catholic Church, 628 Lime City Rd. on Friday, February 14, 2020 beginning at 9:30 AM.  A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Anthony Recker officiating.  Interment will take place at Ft.
