Theresa Yacklin

Theresa A. Yacklin, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2024 in Perrysburg, OH, and is now in God’s home. Theresa was born March 28, 1947 (77yrs.) in Toledo to Samuel and Alice Piotrowicz. Theresa was married to John A Yacklin for over 55 loving years and her family made lots of beautiful memories together.

Theresa graduated from Whitney High School and had an associate’s degree in business. She was an office manager at a Precision Machine Shop and worked for over 30 years.

Her hobbies were painting ceramics, riding her motorcycle, fishing and sailing. But most of all she loved to cook. Theresa will be remembered by overall spirit of kindness and giving to others. Theresa was an active member at St. Joseph congregation during her years in Maumee.

Theresa’s legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends for the 77 years that she touched them with her love.

Preceded in death by her parents, Theresa's memory is honored by her devoted husband, John Yacklin; and children, Susan Bialecki and Kevin Yacklin; and her grandchildren, Nicki and Samuel Long; and many other family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 from 9:30-10:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 104 W. Broadway St, Maumee, OH 43537. A funeral mass will be held following the visitation at 10:30 am in the church. Burial will be private. Arrangements by Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maumee, OH.
