Theresa Marie Mikolajczyk

Theresa Marie Mikolajczyk loving known as Terry, 69, of Toledo, OH transitioned from this life to heaven surrounded by family Wednesday May 31, 2023.

Terry was born July 25, 1953 in Champaign, IL, daughter to James and Audrey Sheahan. She married Carl Mikolajczyk on October 7, 1978 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Champaign, Illinois.

Surviving are her husband Carl, three children: Kevin (Ambrea) Mikolajczyk, Keith Mikolajczyk, and Jason Mikolajczyk. Her six siblings Michael (Debbie) Sheahan, Rebecca (Jim) Traxler, James (Sally) Sheahan, Kevin Sheahan, Vincent Sheahan, and Daniel (Patti) Sheahan. Her beloved five grandchildren, Kaden, Karson, Karter, Rowan and Reagan Mikolajczyk. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews all of whom she was very close to. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Her greatest joy was spending time with her five grandchildren. Picking them up from school, going to their sporting events, taking them to Chick-Fil-A, and shopping for thoughtful gifts for others. She enjoyed playing games with her family, cheering on the Cubs, supporting the fighting Illini, attending country music concerts, playing the lottery and anything chocolate. She loved to joke around and thoroughly enjoyed when the grandkids tried to pull pranks on her. She was a constant in the life of so many and will leave a lasting impact on all of those she touched.

She worked at the Toledo Hospital Pharmacy as a Lead Pharmacy Technician for over 30 years, where she formed dozens of beautiful friendships. During her time at The Toledo Hospital she made decisions that improved pharmacy outcomes and trained many generations of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists.

Her legacy will live on forever.

Visitation and funeral will be held on June 14, 2023. Visitation from 2:30pm-5:30pm and service from 5:30pm-6:30pm at Walker Funeral Home located at 5155 W Sylvania, Toledo, OH 43623.
