Theresa Ann Leake

Theresa A. Leake age 59, of Toledo passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at St. Vincent Medical Center.  Theresa was born in Toledo on February 27, 1963, to John M. and Luella (Newburry) Weis.

Theresa had a strong Christian faith and was a member of The Church on Strayer.  She enjoyed camping at Walden Woods in Indiana; spending time with her family especially her grandkids; garage sales, soap operas and attending sporting events.

Surviving is her daughter, Melanie (Sean Adams) Cox; son, Antonio Leake; grandchildren, Felicity Betts, Carli Adams and grand dog, Zeus; siblings, Tina (Steve) Ramm, Sandy (Rick) Estes, Stacy Robinson and Kevin Young.  Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John D. Weis.

Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Friday, April 22, 2021, from 4:00-7:00 PM.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Ability Center of Greater Toledo, 5605 Monroe St, Sylvania, OH 43560.
