THERESA O. ALEXANDER Theresa O. Alexander, 58, of Findlay, OH and formerly of Toledo, OH died Monday, March 11, 2013, in her home. She was born in Toledo on, January 21, 1955, to Arthur and Bernice (Filipovich) Nichols. Theresa was a graduate of Waite High School and continued her education graduating from nursing school. As an L.P.N., she worked as a pediatric nurse in home health care. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy M. (Ryan) Deuel of Custar, Oh and Leeanne R. (Alex) Cook of Findlay, OH; grandchildren, Nolan and Abigail Deuel, and Benjamin and Stone Cook; brothers, John, David and Sam Nichols; sisters, Rita Zelewski, Judy Zelewski, Elaine Lewandowski, Carol Peterson, Becky Daizley, and Alice Nichols. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Tony Nichols. Friends will be received after 2 P.M. on Monday, March 18, 2013 in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg, OH (419-874-3133) where a memorial service will begin at 3 P.M.. Burial services will be private.
