Thelma A. Beman

Thelma A. Beman, age 86, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away with her loving family beside her on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, Ohio. She was born in Perrysburg on July 8, 1929 to John and Magaleana (Hertzfeld) Shiple. Thelma was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg and was a babysitter to many. Thelma is survived by her children, son, Gary Beman and daughter, Karen Schultz; grandchildren, Andy, Nicole, Megan, Amy, Chad and Carrie; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Marcella Haas and brother, Lawrence. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Russell Beman, grandson, Scott Beman and brothers Paul and Gerald Shiple. Visitation will be held from 3:00-8:00 pm on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio. Prayers will begin at the funeral home at 10:00 am on Monday, May 16, 2016 with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 am at St. Rose Catholic Church, Perrysburg, Ohio.
