Terry Ferguson

Its not about the birth date or the death date but the dash, and Terry has one hell of a dash! On March 6, 2018, Terry left this life to be with his mother. He was able to enjoy one last drink with his wife of 50 years, Cheryl, and their family. With the taste of Mandarin Vodka on his lips, Bob Seger playing in the background and covered with his favorite blanket, Terry was surrounded by his loving family telling stories, laughing and enjoying his favorite pizza. He excelled in athletics. Terry enjoyed bowling, softball and golf. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Cheryl Ferguson; daughters, Dawn (Mike) Vargyas, Jodi Ferguson; grandchildren, Chelsea, Adrienne , Madison, Lindsey, Derrick; great grandchildren, Kayven, Kya, Kennedy and Hannah; brother, Rick (Pam) Ferguson; and many nieces and nephews including his favorite niece, Tori Baertschi. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Robert G. and Beverly Ann (Wainright) Ferguson. At Terrys request there will be no funeral services but a Celebration of Life will be held at the Wolf Creek Sportsman Club, 349 Teachout Rd., Curtice, Ohio 43412, beginning at 5:00PM, Saturday, April 14, 2018. In the mean time, the next time you have a glass in hand, please raise it in Terrys honor! The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the caring staff at the ICU at St. Vincent-Mercy Medical Center and the ICU at ProMedica Bay Park Hospital. The care Terry received was excellent.
