Teri L. Smorowski

Teri L. Smorowski, 42, of Toledo, OH passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. She was born on June 21, 1975 to Miles and Linda (Hartford) Smorowski in Toledo, Ohio. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Stephanie Hardwick and Selena Smorowski; sister, Tabitha; parents, Miles and Linda; 5 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Hoeflinger-Shank Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Avenue, Oregon, OH on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Memorial Contributions may be made to the care of the Smorowski Family.
