Teresa Marinelli

Teresa Marinelli, age 82, of Toledo, passed away July 17, 2009 at Toledo Hospital. Teresa was born in Philadelphia, PA. July 11, 1927. She was an active parishioner of Gesu Catholic Church for 46 years; volunteered at Mercy Hospital gift shop for 30 years and was an active member of Mercy College Auxiliary. Teresa also volunteered for Mobile Meals and was an active mother at Gesu school, Notre Dame Academy and St. Francis de Sales High School. She was a supporter of Central City Ministries Schools as well. Teresa married Romilio Marinelli June 6, 1953 in Philadelphia. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, sister and brother. She is survived by her loving husband and five children: Vincent Deborah, Carol Dennis Montz, Janet Ron Badyna, Mary Ann Mark Frederick and Lisa; grandchildren: Allen, Kristin, Michael, Daniel, Victoria, Joseph and Andrew. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-8 pm at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave west of Corey Rd. A memorial service will be held at Gesu Catholic Church, 2049 Parkside Blvd. Toledo, OH 43607, on Wednesday at 12:30 pm. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to: Gesu Catholic Church, St. Francis de Sales High School, 2323 Bancroft St. Toledo, OH 43607 or Notre Dame Academy, 3535 W.
