Interment will be in the Memorial Garden at the Epworth UMC. In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that memorials may be made to Epworth UMC or the charity of your choice. The family would like to send sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr. William Horvath, Oncologist at the Hickman Cancer Center at Flower Hospital, and to Pastors Bob, Keith and Marilyn at Epworth UMC. Also heartfelt thanks to Hospice of Northwest Ohio and the nurses, staff and physicians for their kindness and compassion shown to Tammy during the last days of her difficult journey.
